Hilding var industriarbetare i Rydöbruk, Torups socken i Halland.

 Han kom till Rydöbruk 1903 som barn med sin familj från en liten by som heter Åsafors i Jönköpings län. Pappan hade fått arbete vid massafabriken i Rydö. Så småningom började också Hilding jobba där och var anställd vid massabruket tills det lades ned vid tiden efter andra världskriget.

Hilding was an industrial worker in Rydöbruk, Torup parish in Halland.

 He arrived to Rydöbruk 1903 as child together with his family. They had lived in a hamlet called Åsafors in Jönköping district. The father had got a jobb at the pulp mill in Rydö.

 When time arrived Hilding also started to work at the mill and was employed at the industri until it was closed at the time just after World War II.

 Hilding fortsatte att jobba som snickare vid de industriföretag som etablerade sig i det gamla Brukets lokaler. Först var det leksaksfabriken Toy. Här var Hilding fackordförande för snickeriarbetarna.

 Hilding continued working with joinery at the companys which was established in the former mill complex. To begin with it was the industry Toy, which made wooden toys for children. Here at the industry he was chairman for the union of the workers.
