För drygt sextio
år sedan. Den 9 oktober 1951 stupade Richard "Sonny" Thursie (BF) i kriget i Korea - endast
20 år gammal.
Eftersom
han var det första offret i kriget från Idaho Falls, fick
händelsen stor uppmärksamhet.
Sixty
years ago. On the 9th of October 1951 - in the age of 20 -
Richard "Sonny" Thursie (BF) was "killed in actión" in the Korean war.
As
Sonny was the first victim from Idaho Falls in this war, his
death received great attention.
